Every stage of manufacturing is managed and overseen by founder and grasp tequilero José Pepe Hermosillo. Marqués de Casa Noble Tequila is then aged in new French oak barrels for 2 years.

These barrels are chosen from timber within the Allier area of France, that are then transported to Tronçais and Bertrange (the French forests recognized for producing high-quality oak wooden, prized for winemaking), the place they’re toasted and aged one further 12 months to create Hermosillo’s good vessel for liquid maturation. Hermosillo then blends 12 ‘additional añejos’, and 9 ‘añejos’ aged for as much as 5 years to create the Marqués de Casa Noble Tequila.
