This residence, positioned within the Eixample district, had been mistreated over time. The unique materiality and morphology have been unrecognizable. It was a dark area with a chaotic format modified by earlier customers. We found a patio on a decrease stage, utterly separated from the residing area, accessed by a slim staircase.
The venture started on-site, eradicating the added layers and rediscovering the occasion of the place and hidden components, aiming to get well the sunshine.
The method concerned uncovering the unique cast-iron pillar hidden between subsequently constructed masonry partitions. In our quest to get well pure mild, we eliminated the added layers and restored the unique glass gallery.
Fantasy Room: Designed as a collection, the fantasy room blends the materiality of marble wooden and mirrors. A inexperienced marble wall separates the bed room space from the toilet, creating totally different atmospheres by enjoying with reflections, steam, and materiality.
