All through, there’s a juxtaposition of pure uncooked supplies – the plaster and brickwork – alongside textiles and strong British oak.’
Intimate and vibrant, sage inexperienced is the foundational color, lending an artisanal temper, which is ‘arts and crafts-inspired’. It’s complemented with tender furnishings from Marylebone-based furnishings firm, One other Nation. ‘It felt a pure evolution of our partnership with Marylebone neighbours One other Nation – who we now have labored with since 2015 – to be as acutely aware as we presumably may with the interiors. I’m actually proud of the mix of latest and reimagined,’ says the designer.
When requested for his favorite characteristic, Spencer chooses ‘the terracotta porcelain tile ground and the until, which is made out of reclaimed faculty desks.’ The utilisation of discarded furnishings and supplies is a key basis of Spencer’s sustainably-minded model. ‘Throughout our collections, we intention to supply high quality clothes that’s constructed to final and designed to transcend traits,’ he says. ‘From the uncooked supplies we select to the practices we implement, our journey is outlined by acutely aware decisions that remember sustainability.’
