Uncover the Wallpaper* information to Salone del Cell 2023 and Milan Design Week
A longtime collaborator with Fendi Casa, Italian designer Cristina Celestino has been creating putting additions to the Italian homeware model’s portfolio since 2016, when she created her Pleased Room at Fendi for Design Miami.

Launched at Milan Design Week 2023, her newest design for the home is the ‘Ottavia’ chair, taking inspiration from the Roman panorama and providing a hyperlink with the town’s streets, monuments, structure and palette.
Echoing the arches of Rome, one of many metropolis’s quintessential architectural options, in addition to being emblematic of Fendi’s landmark HQ, the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana – a six-storey travertine-clad dice punctuated by 216 arches – her chair design encompasses a rounded again that gives snugness and class in equal measure. Obtainable in yellow micro bouclé, pink velvet or gray bouclé, and made utilizing a stained wooden to spotlight the grain, the chair pays a fittingly trendy tribute to Fendi’s heritage.
