The historic Badeschloss Resort has lately reopened its doorways within the Wes Anderson-esque municipality of Unhealthy Gastein, inside Austria’s Salzburg province. The inside design, impressed by Belgian choreographer Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker’s manufacturing entitled Thriller Sonatas / for Rosa, injected a recent contact to the attraction of the previous constructing.

Ascending to the Alpine Swim Membership spa that tops off the lodge, visitors are handled to 3 flooring of effervescent vitality, together with a rooftop pool with crystal glass steps. Cobalt blue, yellow and terracotta accents amid tiled, wood and terrazzo surfaces set a welcoming tone.
The sauna space on the twelfth flooring presents panoramic views, a seraglio bathtub, a Finnish sauna, and a natural pine sauna, emphasising the lodge’s bathing tradition.

BWM Designers & Architects teamed up with Andrea von Goetz, the creator of artwork festivals Sommer Frische Kunst and Artwork Unhealthy Gastein, to curate the lodge’s artwork idea. A bunch of up to date artists from Unhealthy Gastein and past contributed their unique works to create a novel providing inside the area.
