Triennale open its archives to the general public, uncovering the ‘coronary heart’ of the Milanese museum

Triennale unveils Cuore, the brand new coronary heart of the Milanese establishment that can function a centre for analysis, research, and archives. An area to discover the long run whereas preserving the establishment’s reminiscence, it brings again to life the Triennale Analysis Centre archives had been closed since 1990, having been arrange in 1935 as a analysis centre in addition to an area to carry the museum’s heritage by way of the cataloguing of its libraries and collections. 

The design of the brand new house was entrusted to architect Luca Cipelletti’s Studio AR.CH.IT, who created a useful and modular design for the archives in collaboration with Unifor.

The 400 sq. metres house is situated on the museum’s floor ground, and it’s conceived as a versatile house in fixed evolution that can develop alongside Triennale’s personal scientific endeavours. Welcoming the general public and guests of the Milanese establishment, the house can also be open to the scientific neighborhood universities, foundations and firms private and non-private.
