For his debut providing for Molteni & C, Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa has taken stylistic cues from his personal heritage and merged it with shapes impressed by the Italian furnishings model’s native panorama to create the ‘Tuscany’ chaise lounge.
With its undulations harking back to the area’s rolling hills, the lounger was designed, says Fukasawa, ‘with the intention to lie on it and nod off whereas gazing on the hills within the distance. The tender and ergonomic cushions conform simply to the contours of your physique.’

The lounger’s construction has been expertly moulded to comply with the pure strains of the physique, its fluid silhouette presenting a type that’s each visually harmonious and deeply stress-free. The sleek, rounded legs are constructed from stable wooden and are linked by a metallic H-frame, offering a sturdy but fashionable base for the chaise longue, which is on the market in two variations: eucalyptus with satin brass or Dawn oak with stainless-steel.
Six sq. cushions, which can be found in supplies from Molteni & C’s textile assortment and are linked to 1 one other by rigorously hidden zippers, type an articulated entire that neatly hugs the construction.
