Gucci artistic director Sabato De Sarno has unveiled a brand new exhibition, ‘Design Ancora’, for Milan Design Week 2024 on the home’s By way of Montenapoleone flagship this week.
Co-curated by Michela Pelizzari, founding father of the Milanese artistic company P:S, the exhibition is a chance for the model to showcase a sequence of objects that, it says, outline a golden age of Italian design, craftsmanship, and ‘cultured professionalism’.
In a bespoke area on the Gucci retailer, created for the venture by Barcelona-based architect Guillermo Santomà, particular editions of 5 designs from earlier a long time have been chosen by De Sarno and Pelizzari as symbols of ‘Italianity’ and particularly Milanese model.
